O-Tek, a multinational leader in GRP/PRFV pipe production, has been delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions across Latin America for over 25 years. When they decided to expand their operations and launch a new business unit producing GRP/PRFV poles—lightweight and durable alternatives to traditional concrete poles—they encountered operational inefficiencies, a lack of visibility into key metrics, and limitations in their existing systems.
